From The Design To The Delivery Of The Stand

AdHoc follows each project with a comprehensive approach: needs analysis, concept development, technical design, production elements, mounting to the fair and the delivery of the space ready for the event.

01. Design
And Concept

Let's start by listening to the needs of the client to define an exhibition space consistent with the brand, the business objectives and the context of the exhibition. Each project is developed taking into account size, flows, functionality, visibility and visual impact.

  • Analysis of the space: we evaluate size, technical constraints and characteristics of the event.
  • Study of the layout: we organize routes, exhibition areas and areas of operation.

02. 3D Rendering
And Technical Development

We transform the idea into a visual proposal clear, useful to evaluate the proportions, materials, locations, and overall yield of the stand before the production.

03. Interior Carpentry
And Customized Production

Thanks to the interior joinery, we manufacture the components, structures, and custom elements with direct control on material, finishes and construction details. This allows us to follow the production with greater accuracy, consistency, design, and attention to the required times from the event.

  • In-house production: we directly manage items and custom made.
  • Check on the details: materials, finishes and components are taken care of in the production phase.
  • Consistency with the project: what is designed is translated into concrete solutions and achievable.

04. Assembly, Delivery
And Operational Management

We are in the final phase during the fair, coordinating assembly, installation and delivery of the stand. The goal is to offer the customer a space ready, orderly and functional.

  • Installation at the exhibition: we manage the installation of the elements according to the project.
  • Delivery of the stand: the space is completed and prepared for the opening of the event.
  • Support os: we accompany the customer in the practical phases until the conclusion of the work.
